About Myanna:

Myanna hails from Denmark.  She was a “mid-life career changer” who graduated at the top of her law school class, Order of the Coif (the University of Oregon School of Law).  Early in her legal career, she served as a research attorney (“law clerk”) for several judges including one on the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the second-highest federal appellate court just below the United States Supreme Court.

Before immigrating to the U.S. and attending law school, Myanna was in education in her native country of Denmark, where she was an Assistant Professor of English at her alma mater, the Aarhus University, one of the world’s top 100 research universities. Her love of higher education led her to seek a career in legal education.  Myanna worked her way up the ranks starting as a Visiting Assistant Professor, then became a tenure-track assistant and associate professor before eventually earning tenure and a full professorship.  She has taught at both private and public universities.  As a noted expert in contracts law, she understands the intricacies of your contract as well as the policy and procedural documents that govern your employment relationship with your institution.  In short, she knows your rights and will fight for them.
